IT WAS a bright and sunny day as 40 members of the Harley Owners Group Brunei Chapter (HOGB) rode their Harley Davidson motorcycles in celebrating His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam's 65th birthday yesterday afternoon.
The annual convoy dubbed the "HM Ride", saw the riders convoying from the Harley showroom in Lambak to the Tungku Link Highway and on the way passed by the Police Headquarters all the way through Telanai and Jalan Pengiran Babu Raja before finally ending their journey at Taurean Cafe, The Arch in Gadong.
A similar event was held last year but the riders chose Bandar Seri Begawan as the finishing point.
"We have more than 40 riders out here today," said Pg Joffren Pg Omar, assistant director of Harley Owners Group Brunei Chapter.
He added: "On behalf of Harley Owners Group Brunei Chapter, I would like to convey our best wishes to His Majesty on his 65th birthday." The Brunei Times
